The Syndic
department is evolving within the Cabinet
Vermeille and is spread out over three sectors
:
Garches-Versailles,
Voisins le Bretonneux-St Quentin en Yvelines
Conflans Ste Honorine-Poissy. The Cabinet Vermeille's
corporate culture is to create, along with
joint-ownership management councils :
- a trusting
relationship,
- a close
relationship,
- a sustainable
relationship.
The quality of employees (managers and accountants)
as well as of the service provided has made
it possible to reach this goal over the
past several years.
The Cabinet Vermeille currently manages
some one hundred joint ownerships, ranging
from just a dozen to over 150 co-owners.
